Tell us about ‘Lost’. How did you come up with this idea for this song?
After producing some remixes, I wanted to release an original. I started up with some ideas (melodies, chord progression). I wanted to mix some genres in the track. The first part of the track is indie dance mixed with progressive house, but the second drop is future bass. This was risky because I didn’t know if people were going to like it.
What Inspired you to make this?
Nothing inspired me to produce this track, I tried to make something fresh, different from the usual tracks you can find if you listen this kind of music.
How did you begin producing electronic dance music?
I liked EDM since I was 10 years old, and I was very curious about how that music was made. I made some research and I started producing when I was 12, using a free app on my mobile phone. Then I bought a computer, I installed Fl Studio and started producing. My music was bad when I started, but now I’m 15 and I think I improved a lot.
Do you have a favorite VST plugin or instrument to use?
Yes, I love using Sylenth, Nexus and Serum, Kickstart for sidechain and Valhalla for reverb especially. But I like introducing acoustic elements to my tracks, such as guitars, pianos, strings, etc…
What can we expect from you this year?
Well, I don’t really know what will happen this year, but I think my music will keep improving. I just released my first EP, Landscape, and I’m very happy with it. I hope to get known and succeed with my music
