CNSRD – Get Lost [EXCLUSIVE]
This deep house song is one that will put you in a good mood no matter your day. The great moods and vibes begins the minute you click play, and it only gets better as the deep funky piano and smooth sexy vocals kick in.
The beat fades away, leaving just the vocals and deep funky synths to carry you away and then BAM, CNSRD hits you at :50 with some sweet deep house bliss. This is one deep house tune that keeps me clicking repeat for the last 2 weeks, and many years to come.
CNSRD – Interview [EXCLUSIVE]
Tell us about “Get Lost”, How did you come up with this idea for this song?
So get lost is really about a very dark, mysterious sexual encounter. The chorus represents this very well saying, “I just wanna get lost, to the sound of you moan”. It is also the debut track of CNSRD. During the initial stages of the track, Universal Music was considering signing it, but after waiting for about 6 months and them dragging their feet on the release – we decided to release it independently. It also managed to break into the Top 100 shazamed songs in South Africa.
Who sings the vocals?
The vocal is sung by our front man / mc Alex (pictured in the center)
What Inspired you to make this?
The instrumental of this track was originally a remix of The Weeknds Can’t feel my face, but we later decided to turn it into an original track and release it as our debut single for CNSRD.
How did you begin producing electronic dance music?
We all have different beginnings, so this would be difficult to consolidate into one answer.
Do you have a favorite VST plugin or instrument to use?
This would be between omnisphere and serum. Super difficult to decide :/
What can we expect from you next year?
LOTS OF MUSIC! We have produced a ridiculous amount of music that hasn’t (some will never) been released. We have also completely ditched deep house as a genre and are orientating ourselves more towards Trap / rap / hip hop
